    3. Linda Reno No I didn't have this information below. But did have this note: Now, Nicholas Mills, Jr. (-1700 to 1768) had a daughter named Mary Mills who m. first, Clement Medley before 1753 and second, Ignatius Wimsatt on 12/31/1772. [linda reno] So are you saying that Clement Medley's wife Mary Mills remarried to Ignatius Wimsatt, then Ignatius MEDCALF? When you did your input to your database, did you do it from this record? The reason I ask is because I've come to believe it's wrong. I think this land was being sold by Ignatius Wimsatt and wife, Mary (Mills) Medley, widow of Clement. Clement died in 1771 and in 1772 Mary marries Ignatius Wimsatt. Between 1772-1796, her son Bennet dies in 1774; last record of her daughter Eleanor is in 1784; the second daughter named Eleanor has married Jeremiah Tarlton and they will go to KY shortly; no record of son Joseph after 1783; son Matthew died in 1788, leaving widow Margaret; daughter Ann Elizabeth is dead; and Mary has married John Baptist Gough and moved to KY. In other words, Mary has outlived all of her sons. She settles with her daughter-in-law Margaret (Combs) and transfers Matthew's share of the property. The daughters, as usually happened, received personal estate at the time of their marriages. Linda Reno ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jerry L.
