Hi, I can't answer your question on John Burham but at Family Tree DNA they have tested those who descend from the Corbins but as of right now I believe only one Burham has tested their male DNA. I believe they want an answer to your question also. Alice Eltonhead that married Henry Corbin is a sister to my Martha Eltonhead that married Edwin Conway.
