A few years ago, I found an old blue book in the Rowan County NC library called St. Mary's Wills that mentioned a 1680 will for a man named Benjamin Suit in St. Mary's Co. MD. Who was he? Does anyone know how to get a copy of this will? (Ref: pg182=ST.MARY'S WILLS 1662-1960A ) This was just an index, but I would love to see this will or a transcription. I have seen mentiion of a Thomas and William Suite and a Richard Shute in VA in the mid 1600's, but this Benjamin is the only will I have seen mentioned actually in St. Mary's Co.
