Daughter: Catherine, all the land I now own for her use and benefit as long as she lives single; if she marries, the land to be sold and equally divided among my 4 daughters Ann Sheirburn, Mary Clements, Martha Dant, and Catherine Shercliffe afsd. Daughter: Ann Sheirburn, 30 lbs. currency in addition to her part of the land; and if Catherine dies without marrying and the land is sold, Ann to have 20 lbs. currency in addition to her part of the land.
