Suite correction I was thinking the grandson of Thomas Suite, Sr. was named in Thomas Sr.'s will as "John Dent Suite" of Thomas, but I was mistaken--now that I have looked at it again--it just says "Grandson: Dent Suit of Thomas..." Will of Thomas Suite, SMC 10/16/1765-11/4/1771. Children: Dent, Thomas, Ann Noe. Grandson: Dent Suite of Thomas. Granddaughter: Sarah Edwards of Joseph Edwards. Exec: Daughter-in-law, Mary Bright. Wit: Hezekiah Turner, Nathaniel Suite, Samuel Cooksey Barron. (Maryland Calendar of Wills). Was this grandson possibly the "Dent Suit" who was found in Granville Co in 1790? Did Thomas Suite, Jr. move to NC? (s/o Thomas Suite, Sr. and possibly Crhistian Dent.) And was the man named "John Dent Suite" who died in 1795 in SMC possibly the "John" who was son of Dent (of Thomas Sr) and brother of Benjamin and the Thomas Suite who married Susannah Reeder. Maybe the Dent Suite who was the son of Thomas (and father of Benjamin) may have just stayed in MD since he died 1792 and that would explain why their is one in NC and one in SMC in 1790. Does anyone know who Thomas Suite, Jr. married? Was Richafrd Suite who d. Halifax Co NC 1801 his son? I think the Thomas who married Susanna Reeder was s/o Dent and brother of Benjamin and John.
