I must be doing something incorrect. I can find the pin number and type it in the search form,. which brings up the various pages that the info can be found but .. when I click on the link at the end of each entry to put into the web that is when I get the "Network Time Out". I don't even get to the place of replacing the numbers and using "mdsa.net" Am going to try my husband's computer and see if.. However I don't have a problem getting anything else off the web. GRRR.
