Jerry, Two different women. I still don't know who the Elizabeth Griffin was who died before November 29, 1752. The one that I referred to in my email that you cited below is somewhat of a mystery. She could have been Elizabeth Morgan, dau. of Edward, Sr. and Mary Manning --married one of her Morgan cousins and had Joshua; she was a daughter of Edward Morgan, Jr. and Margaret Sledmore and m. one of her Morgan cousins and had Joshua; or Joshua was illegitimate. Edward Morgan, Jr. was married first to Margaret Sledmore and she was living as late as 1747. Joshua Morgan appears to have been an adult at the time of his mother's administration accounts in 1755, so this is a problem.
