If it is not conveyed during my life, I give her 105 lbs. to be applied toward the purchase of the sd. land; 60 lbs to purchase a negro man; four negroes named Kate, Nell, Michael, and James which she now has in her possession; and one bed and furniture. She is to also have five negroes named Jacob, Nan, Andrew, Maryann, and Jane. Granddaughters: Priscilla Loker and Frances Loker, my plantation lying on St. Jerome's Creek which I bought from Anthony Underwood called "Elmore" equally divided between them.
