I can't say for certain which Metcalf/Medcalf is referred to in the deed you have posted.  Allen & George MEDCALF both resided in Daviess County, Kentucky, before relocating to Spencer County, Indiana.  Their sons (cousins) served together in the 42nd Indiana Volunteer Infantry.
