The Leonard Johnson (b. abt 1747) who married Mary Howard was a s/o John Johnson (b. abt 1710) and Eleanor (b. abt 1715 d. after 1780). This Leonard also had an Uncle Leonard Johnson (b. abt 1713 d. bef 2/19/1775) who was a brother of John (1710). Leonard Johnson (1713) married Winifred. John (B. abt 1710) was a s/o John Johnson (B. abt 1675 d. by 1745) whose wife was not given. John (1675) was a s/o William Johnson (b. abt 1640). and Alice (b. abt 1645) both of whom immigrated from England. All of the above came from three pages of the book. Anyone researching Johnsons or allied lines would profit from reading it. Please do not ask me for more on these lines. I only have these few pages, but thought the reference important enough to cite for the rest of you. Don
