Robert was living in AL in 1860, 26 years old. He was born in MD. He is married to Josephine, age 20, by then and she is born in AL. He was a physician. In 1850, in St Mary's County, there is a H.G.S. Key, age 60, no Henrietta but he may now be married to Maria L. Here are the people listed H.G.L, Key, 60, Farmer Maria L, age 44 (this could be second wife) Ann O, 22 R. M. 17 (this is likely Robert) E , 11 Joseph H, 9 Martha H, 7 Philip F, 5 LAE, 35 (this may be sister to Henry or some other family member. It would seem that Ann O and R.M. are full brother and sister, but the later ones are half siblings since Henrietta had died in 1832. Hope this helps, Patty On 5/3/2011 1:15 PM, [email protected] wrote: > > see: http://ourgenes.net/Data%20File/p_3.htm#79 > > > > Has his parents as : Henry Greenfield Sothoron Key 1790-4/4/1872& Henrietta Hill Tayloe 12/4/1794-1/14/1832. > > But if Henrietta died 1832, how was Robert Morris Key born 1/3/1833? > > Has several generations back for the Key family. > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: [email protected] > To: [email protected] > Sent: Tuesday, May 3, 2011 12:48:55 PM > Subject: [MDSTMARY] Robert Morris Key, Sr., MD. b. 1-3-1833 in Leonardtown and moved to AL then TX--Need Parents Please > > > Robert Morris Key, Sr., MD. b. 1-3-1833 in Leonardtown and moved to AL then TX--Need Parents Please. > > He married Sarah Josephine Hall who was from Baldwin Co. Thanks. My guy was born in 1833 in Leonardtown. "Josephine" was Sarah Josephine Hall, d/o Joseph Hamilton Hall (of Baldwin Co AL) & wife, Harriet Brown, of Phila. Their children were: Nannie Ogle Key, Sarah Brown Key, Henry Sothoron Key, Joseph Hall Key, Harriet Hall Key, Henrietta Hall Key, Robert Morris Key, Jr., Charles Edward Key, and Shields Sothoron Key if this can help anyone else. They lived in Baldwin Co AL but removed to Carolina Falls, Texas. Thanks for your help. It is appreciated.
