County in ye Colony of Virginia also deced, of the one part and THOMAS MUNDAY of the County of Essex in ye Colony of Virga: aforesd., Planter, of the other part, Witnesseth that for Nineteen pds. Fifteen Shills. lawfull money of England unto ye sd JAMES MONKESTER whereof the said JAMES MONKESTER (party to these pr:sents) doth sell unto the said THOMAS MUNDAY his heires & assignes forever all that tract of land wch: the said HENRY MONKESTER dyed seized of containing Two hundred acres (be ye same more or less) scituate in the abovesd. County of Essex & in ye Parish of Sitting borne on the North side of ye MILL CREEKE it being part of Three hundred acres of land conveyed to ye sd HENRY MONKESTER by JNO.
