To son John Ignatius Bailly, the house & orchard where he lives, a slife to take in his water to secure his spring, 1/3 my high gound & marsh with that slipe to take in the spring, & so down to the marsh by Clement Stradfords & his sisters land. To son James Baily, another 1/3 my high ground & marsh adj. his brother John Ignatius Bailye land. To son John Baptis Bailye, the other part of my land next to his uncle James Bailyes. If either of my sons James or John Baptis Bailye d. s. p. , his part to dau. Henrita Bailye. To each of my 4 chldn. John Ignatius Bailye, Elinor Howard, Mary Bailye, John Baptis Bailye, & Henrita Bailye a ewe & lamb. To wife & extrx., Elinor Bailye, the rest of my e. Witn: Anne Field, James Bailye, J[ames] Thompson. 3 March 1752, sworn to by all 3 witn., & 7 April 1752, the widow [not named] stood to the will & took her 1/3 of the r. e. Admin. accts. of John Bailey 12/4/1753, Exec. was Eleanor Bailey; Children: John Ignatius Bailey (of full age); Eleanor Howard (of full age); Mary Howard (of full age); James Bailey about 16 years old; John Baptist Bailey about 12 years old; and Henrietta Bailey about 10 years old (Moxey). I have that John Bailey's wife was Eleanor Seale. I have that his daughter Eleanor married Clement Howard. Could his daughter Mary be the Mary who was the wife of Henry Howard?
