He married Margaret Suit/Suite on 12 Dec 1792 in Granville Co., NC. She was his first wife. She was b. ca. Mar. 1774 "supposedly" in Granville Co. , NC and d. abt. 1820 in Banks Co., GA. Her husand later remarried 2x. GA. --- This also gets interesting because 2 of her daughters, Margaret Scott Gober and Orpha Gober married men named MEADERS. This is significant as MEADERS is connected to MORRIS who were the 2 sureties for the marriage of Alexander SUIT in 1784 in Greene Co., TN. He was probably the correct Alexander Suit in the estate of Benjamin Suite. I found Meaders in the archives of the apparently now defunct rootsweb.com list drury-morris trying to find out more about the 2 MORRIS men who were the sureities for the marriage of Alexander Suit. I also found a Gideon Morris in MD Archives when looking for Benjamin's inventory. He was in the debts of Storuton Edwards. Margaret SUIT GOBER may be Alexander Suit's sister due to the Morris/Meaders info. But I am still getting information.
