    3. Horgot to include this. ST. MARY'S COUNTY COURT (Equity Papers) JH1 p 173 (My abstract) Lewis Ford and Cornelius Manning vs. Henry G. S. Key, & other heirs and devisees of Philip Key- July 18 1820, Lewis Ford and Cornelius Manning, through Gerald N. Causin, their atty., filed a bill of complaint that 7/13/1814, Philip Key, now dec'd, agreed to sell to your orators, a tract of land known as" St. Margaret's Forrest with Addition", The Branch and The Hills. which Philip had lately purchased from the heirs Stephen Thompson Mason (Exhibit A) the amount of the purchase being $3,100 and has fully been discharged. Philip Key died testate in Jan. 1820 (Exhibit "C"-will) leaving his property to the following: Henry G. S. Key; Rebecca G. S. Key, his daughter who interwed Charles H. W. Wharton; Cecelia, his daughter who interwed Henry Ashton; Elizabeth, his daughter who interwed John Scott, all of whom are of legal age. Rebecca G. S. Key, Sarah Anna Key, Mary Sophia Key, Mary C. B. Barnes, Philip Key, Anna H. Key, Upton S. Key, Mary H. Key, Thomas W. Key, John H. Key, all of whom are minors. The said Henry Ashton and Celia, his wife, live in the City of Wash., Philip also leaft a widow named Sophia Key Also states John Scott & Elizabeth M. his wife, live in Baltimore, Charles H. W. Wharton & Rebecca, his wife, live in Montgomery Co. , Mary C. B. Barnes in Charles Co. Due to ages of minors, the tracts of land can be obtained only through this court. 5/3/1824- Requested that because of the death of Lewis Ford, his heirs: Sympho Rosa, Henrietta S., Jane P., Joseph A., Henry A., Lewis J., Louisa F., and Rose Anna Ford be made part of petition. March term 1825: Rebecca G. S. Key is now the wife of Thomas Riley; Mary H. Key is now wife of John H.
