Church Cemetery, Cedar Point - now onboard Patuxent River Naval Air Station. The church is now the non-denominational military chapel. All the stones were buried by the Navy 1943 or so; they have been re-erected by Scott Lawrence & others working w/ him over the last few years. The St. Mary's County Genealogical Society assisted Scott in his project. Scott got the Periwinkle Award last year from the Coalition to Protect Maryland Burial Sites. Normally, you can not go to this cemetery, unless you have some type of military ID.
