    1. [MDSTMARY] Gabriel Howard inventory transcription
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: GayleLonderee Surnames: Howard, Spalding, Bailey Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.maryland.counties.stmarys/4514/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I would like to thank Linda Reno for posting the link to the new (at least to me) digital records on the Maryland Archives site. Let's hope they add more digital records in the future. I'm posting a transcription I did of the inventory of Gabriel Howard. From the record we can tell that he died a bit earlier than I had on my tree - before the 3rd of March, 1801, when the appraisal of the estate was ordered.Gabriel was the son of Clement Howard & Elinor Bailey, and was married to Susanna Spalding. From his tax lists he lived in Newtown Hundred. It's interesting how these old inventories give you a picture of the lives of these people.
