This was a quotation in a letter sent to the person I had assisted in proving her descent from Nicholas Harvey so that she could join the Society of the Ark and Dove. After that application was approved, she then sought membership in the First Families of Maryland. I was very appreciative of the note sent to her and shared it "privately" with David Cummins. He then sent it to the list by mistake--meaning to send it only to David Roberts. There's nothing mysterious here. Her line, like yours, begins with Nicholas Harvey, then to Frances Harvey and George Beckwith, then to Mary Beckwith and John Miles, and on from there.
