Does your bounce list the reason as it was blocked by SORBS? It's a spam company that sometimes gets over agressive in blocking submissions to all rootsweb mail lists, sometimes blocking whole ISPs. It usually only lasts for a few hours to a day, so you have to just keep resending until SORBS lifts the block. I've had it happen on and off on various rootsweb lists for the past couple years.
