Testatrix states that her late husband Joshua Doyne, gent., had by his will made her residuary legatee of his estate; but had made no mention of 200 A. which he had formerly designed to give to his son Dennis. She therefore bequeaths said 200 A. to Joseph and hrs., second son of Jese Doyne, dec'd., (who was heir at law to Denis Doyne, afsd.), sd. 200 A. being on Ward's Run, pt. of tract of 600 A. bou. by afsd. husband of Madam Elizabeth Calvert and her son Charles. To son Joshua, ex., his two children, Robert and Jane, and any other children he may have by his wife Anne, granddau.
