I have John Lewis Raley (1802-1854) married to Sarah Weaklin.   I have his parents as Michael Raley and Susanna Woodward.  I also show his parents as Stephen Raley and Sarah Woodward.   Obviously something is amiss here. First, make sure that your library definitely has access to Heritage Quest. Not all libraries have that service. Then make sure that the correct library card has been issued. When I went to the library in my area that had access to Heritage Quest they issued me a library card, but the number on the card wouldn't give me access to the website. I went back to the library and was told that they had to issue me another type of library card that would have the access number on it that would be used to gain access to Heritage Quest. I access Heritage Quest thru their library website.
