I received this from my cousin Richard BINGLER: I know Paul Bessel, he's a great resource. But remember the George Washington Masonic Memorial has an extensive library and it is open to the public. Call first to ensure that someone will be there. There is also a very, very large library at the Scottish Rite House of the Temple in Washington, DC.
