I found this in Queen Anne's Co. going through the wills. We the heirs of Thomas S. Morgan late of Queen Anne's Co.,deceased relinquish our right to administer the personal estate of said Thomas S. Morgan and request that W.Neavitt be appointed administrator. John A Miller Catherine Thurbrook William W Morgan Frances E Morgan Lodywich S Morgan Maryland-Know all men by these present that we F.W.Neavitt,Robert Price and W.C.Dudley of Queen Anne's Co. are held firmly bound unto the state of Maryland in the full and just sum of five hundred dollars current money on the United States, to be paid to the state of Maryland to which payment well and truly to be made and done, we bind ourselves and every of our heirs, executers and administrators in the whole and for the whole-jointly and severally-firmly by these present-sealed with our seals and dated this 7th day of October Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy three. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above Bouden F.W.Neavitt shall well and truly perform the office of administrator of all and singular, the goods, chattels and personal estate of Thomas S Morgan late of Queen Anne's Co.,deceased according to law, and shall in all respects discharge the duties of him required by law as administrator aforesaid, without ant injury or damage to any persons interested in the faithful performance of said office, then the above obligation shall be void, otherwise it is to be and remain in full force and virtue in law.
