Belle or Isabella Mangum born 1849, lived in Maryland, died after 1880, married Charles Watkins (perhaps on July 09, 1868). She had 3 brothers, Charles, Sonny, and Billy (probably William). She was my Grgrandmother. Her children were Alverda born 1869, Rosa, Harry, Alberta (Birdie) born 1871, Annie Priscilla born May 10, 1875, and Arthur born 1878, One of her daughters, Annie Priscilla lived near Annapolis died January 08, 1947, and married Fielder Bowie Sears of Annapolis.
