I don't have all of the information about this property in this families tree but from what I have seen this property must have been very, very large at one time. Just looking at the Wills over the years the property has been parsed out here and there to various descendants. As you will see in the Descendancy Tree of this family, they were in this area for a long, long time. Many of us have combined our collected information on this family into the file below, but I am sure there are others out there, probably descendants of this family, that could tell you a lot more. In one of the paragraphs below I have referenced a book written about this family that is available in the Hall of Records in Annapolis. If you have the time and an interest, you should take a look at this book. It may be available in other places as well. You might try the Charles Co. Historical Society and the historical society at Bowie before going to Annapolis. If I recall correctly, many of this Harris family besides Gwinn Harris re buried at Mt. Tirzah. I hope this helps a little in providing some of the history of this family and this particular piece of property.
