My niece has an excerpt from 1914 PG County court records concerning the marriage of her great grandparents. She is interested in obtaining the actual marriage record (not just an excerpt) if possible. Could someone tell me how marriages were recorded in PG Co in 1914 - were marriage licenses issued or were marriages justed listed as a line in court records. Also, would the original records still be in the county or would they be available at the Maryland Archives? Barbara
