Hi, everyone! Checked out an 1848 National Intelligencer (Washington, DC) today through the fine interlibrary loan system.  I found my great great aunt's marriage listed as "on the 20th instant, by the Rev. Littleton F. Morgan, Mr. William Butler, formerly of Baltimore, to Miss Ann Elizabeth Mattingly, of this city."  That would be April 20, 1848. Would anyone on the list know of any William Butler or Butler families in the Baltimore area prior to 1848 (when they were married) as well as before 1852 (when she married husband #2, Jacob Rimby, in Baltimore)?  Would appreciate hearing from you!
