"Maryland Militia War of 1812, Volume 3, Cecil & Harford Counties" by F. Edward Wright provides a listing of the Harford County Militia. It's indexed for ease of use. It was originally published in 1981, but has been recently reprinted and is available at Colonial Roots at www.colonialroots.com in case you can't find a copy at your local library. There is also a listing of Maryland Militia in "The British Invasion of Maryland 1812 - 1815" by William M. Marine. I have found a number of individuals in Wright's publication that are not listed in Marine's.
