On 9/3/1787, Caroline Co, MD Land Records, it shows Samuel PAVEY (of Sussex Co, DE) sells "Levin's Folly" and "Double Purchase" to Isaac PAVEY (no relationship mentioned but Samuel says the land was his by estate of inheritance in fee simple, recorded 11/19/1787, Caroline Co.) I am trying to document Samuel Pavey's wife ... Nancy SMITH. So far, this can only be speculation. Nancy was the dau. of Levin Smith, Jr, wife: Rebecca (JONES?) Levin was b: before 1750, dec'd by 5/29/1782 and he'd left these lands to his wife. Should she remarry (she did), then they would go to his children.
