Subject: Gunpowder, MD Hi - Could anyone out there tell me where Waugh Chapel, Md. is located. I believe it is in Baltimore County (or was) I had several Fox family baptized in that Chapel circa 1881 and earlier. I have also tried to find Little Gunpowder, Md. but the only thing I see listed on my current map is a Gunpowder Falls State Park. Thanks, Gloria Crossin

Waugh Chapel is located on Long Green Pike near Harford road in Baltimore County. The Gunpowder is a river. Loch Raven Reservoir is feed by the Gunpowder River. The Maryland St. Archives has micro film of some of the records of Waugh Church. Waugh today is a United Methodist Church. Greg Burton
