A Bill of Sale (Caroline Co, MD Deeds, Liber D, folio 34) dated 2/8/1792, lists many things sold by John PAVEY to Jacob FAULKNER (FALKNOR.) This was probably done in getting ready for his move to Guilford Co, NC with what was probably the last of the ES Nicolites to go there. John PAVEY's wife was probably (Mary?) ANDERSON (dau. of James & Elizabeth who were Nicolites.) Was Jacob FAULKNER family connected to the Paveys or Andersons? 1790 Caroline Co, MD census shows John PAVEY; Isaac PAVEY.
