My ggggg grandfather was NATHANIEL HARRIS b. abt.1725 Md. married first ??, and is said to have married Susannah Slye Burch b. ?? daughter of John Slye and the widow of Leonard Burch, Sr. b. abt. 1730 Charles County, Maryland s/o Justinian Burch and Ann Dyson. My Harris's moved from Md. to Va. then into Nelson / Bullitt County, KY. My gggg grandfather was Thomas Harris b.abt. 1750 was the son of Nathaniel Harris and he married Sarah Offutt and 2) Sarah Hall. Thomas Harris and his wife Sarah Hall had a daughter named Celia / Selah Harris b.abt. 1780 who married John Clarke b. abt. 1750 s/o Benjamin Clarke. These are also my grandparents.
