It is in Cecil County - if you are coming from Elkton, you turn south onto Route 213. Go past Chesapeake City keep going south. There should be a sign for Cayots (it is the intersection) it is the correct intersection, if you turn right you will go to Port Herman and if you turn left, you go to St. Augustine, Mt.
