On two different death certificates for my ancestors, the address for the under taker is listed as 115 E. West Street in Baltimore. The names of the undertakers are different, but I presume they both worked for the same business located at that address. I assume that instead of listing the business (such as Ruck Funeral Homes), the person writing down the information wrote the name of the actual person preparing the body of the deceased. In any case, the name of each undertaker is difficult to read. I think one says Elizabeth Harte. The death certificates are from 1894 and 1901. Is anyone aware of a funeral home existing at this address during this time period? Thank you! Meriah
