I list him as the son of Johannes Paugh I and Sarah ?. His parents died in Deer Park MD 1860 and abt. 1825 respectively. And this Isaac. (Census report transcribed by Sam, I think) Isaac resided in Preston County, VA in 1850. 1850 census, Preston County, Virginia, District 45, Page 448A, Ancestry.com Image 221, taken Oct. 11, 1850.
