Fellow Researchers, Does anyone have either in their lineage or knowledge of, Wilbur B. BOWSER, b. 23 Sep 1941, d. Dec 1979. He was married to Irene Dorothy FRIEND. They lived in Accident, Garrett Co., MD. I am seeking information regarding who his parents were, any siblings, or any available information. He was reportedly killed in a mining accident.
