Piedmont Herald, Wednesday, April 19, 1967 Services for Charles G. Rounds, 76, of West Harrison Street, who died Friday at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, were conducted Monday afternoon at the Boal Funeral Home by Rev. Conald Fogus, pastor of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. Interment was in Rest Lawn Memorial Park, LaVale. Pallbearers were Harold Evans, Scott Dawson, Earl Blye, Patrick Fazenbaker, Kenneth Johnston and William Wilkinson. A native of Frankville, Md., he was a son of the late Nathaniel and Martha Rounds. His wife, Carrie (Wilt) Rounds, preceded him in death. Surviving are a son, Raymond Rounds, Piedmont; eight daughters, Mrs. Joseph Baker and Mrs. Howard Haggerty, both of McCoole; Mrs. Alva H. Broadwater, Swanton; Mrs. John Kelly, Westernport; Mrs. Beulah Noonan, Pittsburgh, Mrs. Lloyd Broadwater, and Mrs. Ollie Green, both of Piedmont, and Mrs. Dallas Mason, Fort Ashby; two brothers, Edgar Rounds, Deer Park, Floyd Rounds, Salisbury; 42 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
