That one is located about 2 miles northeast of Meyersdale and is likely where John Bauser I settled and where his son John is buried. The other Bowser Burial Ground is located in Addison Township and is on the farm where John Bauser I's son Peter settled. Joseph Emory (or Emery) Bowser bought this farm from his father, Daniel Bowser and is buried in this cemetery, as is his father. His wife, Mary Catharine Uphold is also buried there. Joseph & Mary also had a son Louis Leslie b. 11/24/1895 d. 7/25/1896 who is also buried in the Addison Twp. Cemetery. > vii. FREEMAN EMERSON BOWSER, b. January 05, 1917; d.
