    2. Hi Connie, yes this is the Henry Ruckle m. Kitty Stark whose daughter, Mary Ann Ruckle married Simon "Sam" Raley. Mary Ann would be my gg grandmother. I have the Bittinger Book info, some deeds for her, and some anecdotes. Henry donated land for the Lutheran Church. One of his sons was the earliest burial in the cemetery. I would love to see the records for this church. Simon lived 1819-1860, but I am clueless as to his parents. Three of his kids have Germany as birthplace of father on their death certificates and the census shows him to have been German born. This makes sense, as the Ruckles were Irish Palatines. Now, the cemetery does not belong to the church. And your chances of ever seeing the records of the church I've been going to for the past 14 years, are slim to none. Connie
