Friend, Amos W. Savage State of Maryland, Garrett County, to-wit: on this 10th day of January 1895 came D. H. Friend and made oath, in due form of law that he does not know of any Will or Codicil of Stephen W. Friend, late of Garrett County, deceased other than the above instrument of writing and that he received the same on or about the 17th day oaf Devember 1894, Test; J. W. White, Register. Thanks very very much to people who replied to my question about who were Malinda Friend's children. I talked to someone Pat suggested who knows a lot about the SW Friend family who was puzzled as to who is Rebecca Ursa Friend. Anyone know or have educated guesses about who is SW's granddaughter Rebecca Ursa? Also, from this converstation, I am told that the John H's name in the SW Friend Senior family was John Henry, and that he died at Annapolis, MD. Any more info on this much appreciated.
