Pat, I was the one that chatted with you awhile back about Ruth Fitzwater possibly being the sister of James Hezekiah Fitzwater of the Yough Glades. He was born in Loudoun Co., Va. in December of 1784. The parentage of Ruth or James H. has never been proven. James Albert Fitzwater married Ada Bell Howell and he is the gt.gt.grandson of James Hezekiah. Coming down from James Hezekiah,Silas,John Lower and than him.
