I agree. That's why I think it would be best to combine my floppies and hard copy information to CDs in alpha order by surname. Then it would be easy to read and search using the CD. Maybe even one CD per alpha. Then they could be easily accessed, searched and/or copied . . . they hold a gazillion files and 26 CD's would take up no significant room at all. Space is a premium everywhere you go. Now all I have to do is find the time to file manage all of this.
