    2. I have just heard that my cousin Walt Warnick, excellent Garett County families historian, is gone. He was in good health but became the first Delaware citizen to die of West Nile virus. May his memory be blessed. Bettie

    3. I think all of us need to be very sorry about this friend of genealogists. I'm really very sad to learn this. Met Walt one time, at Newman's Funeral Home in Grantsville, MD, at the time his father died. Wonder if Walt ever convinced his wife that they needed to get a plot in the Bittinger Cemetery.
