Given under my hand and delivered at U.S.Naval Operating Base, Hampton roads VA" This was his discharge papers. he was b. 1897 in Marion Co. WV. I know he always lived here in Marion Co. so I assume he traveled to PA for enlistment. I guess I got lucky just this one time. ^..^ I even have his SS#. Harriet
