My sister didn't have the dischare papers of my Father's. I guess my Mother had it recorded a long time ago. There is no doubt somewhere online where you can find that kind of info. I was surprised he had enlisted in Pitt. PA when he lived here in WV. Harriet

I never quite heard it put this way again, but it is worth remembering. When I first started researching 30 years ago, the class leader said we can never assume that if someone lived in a certain county that they did anything in that county.
