Baptisms after 1930 are restricted. You can use the films there. Copies are 50 cents. The Oakland Republican 100 years ago online feature also has an obit for James Meeham who is listed below as James Meehan: DIED -pub. 08/01/1901-(Vol.25, No.21) Meehan - At his residence in Oakland, on Friday morning last of general debility, James Meeham, aged about 85 years. The deceased was a resident of Garrett county for fifty years or more, coming to this country from Ireland. He was member of the Catholic church. His funeral took place on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock after service in St. Peter's church. The interment was made in Oakland.
