My mother graduated from Oakland High School in 1944. I have a Jacob Frankhouser, who we all agree had a wife named Elizabeth Deberry, but I show a first marriage that none of our other researchers has to a Mary Keifer. They had a daughter named Emma H 8 Jul 1868. In Wetzel Co WV.
