Art, I am going to make a guess here - but could your SW's granddaughter be Rebecca Elva or Elva Rebecca - daughter of Stephen W. Friend and Mary Martha DeWitt? She is the only granddaughter with the name of Rebecca that I have listed for him. Elva is listed in the Garrett Co.
