You ask for my impression of the Gathering Of Friends, it was my first visit but it will not be my last. I was very much impressed by the amount of work that was put into the Gathering.I met a lot of family members that I did not know, some names I had heard over the years and some I had not.All in all it was a very enjoyable time and I gleaned a lot of new information for my genealogy study which was the icing on the cake.Lord willing, I will be at the next Gathering Of Friends in two years.
