Hi Lois---I am Maxine Barker and have connections in Allegany Co. My great grandfather, David Percy was killed in a mine accident. I just sent for his death certificate and was amazed at the detail they gave about his death!! Have you tried that direction. I am so pleased with what all was on it, that I am going to order others.
